Initial Meeting
Whether in-person or virtually, tell us about your project. We’ll get to know your likes and requirements. This meeting allows us an opportunity for our team to introduce ourselves on a more personal level, while discussing your general project goals and timeline.
Project Vision
Your vision is at the core of every project and OFMA is determined to understand it fully. This phase is the key to making our partnership successful, as it enhances our focus and directs our efforts to create your new space.
Design Concepts
OFMA combines the right tools at the right time to help you better visualize your new space. Initial design concepts are presented to illustrate our interpretation of your project vision. With your feedback, this collaborative and creative phase will develop into a more detailed design plan.
Space Planning
Keeping the design plan in mind, OFMA provides space planning solutions for varying applications, from collaboration space to training rooms and everything in between. Our design team provides furniture layouts so you can visualize your new space.
Identify Product
Inspired by your vision and requirements, OFMA begins to curate the perfect blend of products and materials for your space. A collection of furniture, fabrics, finish selections, accessories, custom millwork, and specialty items are presented with an emphasis on American-made products and craftsmanship.
Measurements
Accurate field measurements are critical to the success of any project. We visit your space and evaluate the conditions, noting any required changes to the proposed design plan.
Presentation + Approval
Once your design vision and product selections are finalized, a comprehensive and distinctive design package is developed. The OFMA team will then present the design package for final approval.
Product Procurement
Working with the manufacturers, custom mill shops, and local artisans, OFMA establishes a timeline to coordinate with your construction schedule and move-in date. Based on this projected timeline, all design elements and products for the project are ordered accordingly.
Project Management + Install
OFMA understands that things happen. We continually oversee all essential logistics and details, then adapt as needed to make your life easier and fit your schedule. Our team will coordinate all trucks, install crews, and product placement, keeping you informed along the way.
